Horizontal Drainage

THE PROBLEM:

The presence of water in highway and railway platforms drastically reduces the useful life of the structure and produces deformations in the ground and irreversible damage to the platform.

THE SOLUTION:

The solution consists of creating a drainage blanket made up of INTERDRAIN drainage geocomposites ot the bottom of the excavation, covering the whole width of the base of the cutting or slope, intercepting and draining the underground water reaching the platform or base of the slope off to the sides, whether it is rain water or ground water.
