INTERDRAIN (GMG) FUNCTIONS

4. Drains off the water (rising water table, capilary action and rain infiltration) to the sides.
5. Anti-pollution layer of fines.

VIADRAIN FUNCTIONS

1. Cuts off and drains flows of water from the sides (neighbouring slopes)
2. Interception and drainage of rises in the water table (W.T.).
3. Maintains the water table level at the level of the drain pipe.
4. Collects the water from INTERDRAIN.
5. Drains all the water into the drain pipe fitted at the bottom.
